Not everyone can be a small in size, we can dress to make ourself look slimmer or heavier, most of us would choose slimmer. Completely covering your body is not always the right thing to do, and wearing to many clothes or to bulky of clothes can add pounds. These tips will not work for everyone and you need to find out what works best for you.

  • Darker colors such as black, navy blue and grey will have a slimming effect.
  • Smaller patterns work best stay away from large prints.
  • Choose bold accessories that draw attention away from trouble spots.
  • Find clothes that fit, clothes that are to baggy or tight will make you look larger.
  • Monochromatic! one color on the top and bottom, no prints or patterns.
  • Stay away from bulky sweaters, sweatshirts and any kind of oversized clothing.
  • Stay away from pleats. Pants and skirts that have flat fronts are much better.
